My Future Job

Hi everyone, I hope you're doing well in this difficult exam weeks. This time I'll talk about my future job... Such an interesting and even stressful issue, don't you think so?, to answer the question about how I see myself being a biochemist and unfolding in the profesional and labor field, uff hahaha...

I'm 95% sure that I took the decision to study Biochemistry because I want to be part of those people who build knowledge, create new thinking and knowledge systems and discover new things about the natural world; so I want to dedicate myself to basic investigation. I don't like things too applied or technocratic so I do not conceive myself in the industrial field (working for a company in the designing of probiotics, for example. Being tied by the hands and short of time, no thanks).

Also, I see myself being a social project manager who makes changes related to inclusion themes or scientific release and publishing, responding to the social role of a biochemist involved in the territories, being part of the comunnity, attending to concrete problems. But my most ambicious goal in life is to find a formula, equation or model of our sensible reality, I really want to make history in the formal sciences field or on a theoretical subject.

My Ideal World

Hello again! Have you ever asked yourself how your ideal world would be? Surely yes. Well, this time I`ll talk about my image of an Ideal World.

An Ideal World, for me, would be compound of more environmental-friendly human beings, who are aware of the effects and changes that a dynamic species like our can do, transforming the environment and themselves like no other species do, but in a more respectful way, working under an  Eco-paradigm which abandons the ego and the abuse. People would build relationships based on cooperation instead of competition, they would be more connect  with their emotional problems, people who listen themselves, who listen their bodies and who try to live in peace, in a matrix or social structure no alienating and which promotes the self-knowledge and self-discovery. 

It`s very difficult to me be more concrete, because the examples in my mind are too much and I think you`ve had an idea of what I`m talking about. Basically I`m thinking of new ways of working, new ways of knowing and new ways of being about and with the natural reality and the social reality. I`m talking about rescue practices like knitting and farming, practices that the modern world makes invisible (mainly in my circles, the academy, for example). Have you ever thought of how important was, is and surely will be to know how to make your own clothes and to produce your own foods? I`m referring that kind of working, of knowing, that kind of being with the nature and with ourselves. I`m talking about that way of relating to the world, I`m talking about to creating community...

My favourite music artist

Hello guys! Such a big challenge miss Paulina sent us to do (at least for me), choose a favourite music artist our music group and then write a post of it. Do you what that means for me? a person which his musical preferences are "poor" or I just don`t cultivate myself in that area. I listen the most pop and commercial music, those one you can find in Vevo channel in youtube hahaha... Well, I think I`m gonna chose somebody who I like and that moves away from what I said above, I`m referring Sia.

Sia Kate Isobelle Furler, better known as Sia (her artistic name) is a very whole australian artist: singer, businesswoman, producer, composer and actress. Some of her singles and collaborations are "To be Human" (feat Labrinth), "Chandelier", "Elastic heart", "Titanium" and "She wolf" (both featuring David Guetta), "Free me", "Eye of the Needle", "Big Girls Cry", "Wild Ones" (feat Florida), "Passenger" (feat Britney Spears and Katy Perry) among a large and endless list of musical hits that I`m sure most of you can complete because she`s very known. 

She also has wrote various songs for other artists (because she is a composer too), like "Let Me Love You (Until You Learn to Love Yourself)" of Ne-Yo, "You Lost Me" of Christina Aguilera, "Diamonds" of  Rihanna, "Pretty Hurts" of  Beyoncé, "Perfume" of Britney Spears, "Loved Me Back to Life" of Celine Dion, "Chained to the Rhythm" of Katy Perry and "Crying In The Club" of Camila Cabello, to mention just a few.

I really love her music and her style because is very authentic, a mixture of pop, dream pop, indie pop, electronic, trip hop, jazz and alternative music, she always has a good perform with a complex speech behind, something to report, something to scream, she sings with her heart and you can notice.

The best Holidays I`ve ever had

Hi everyone, I hope you`ve be rested on the little "spring holidays" for Chile`s Independence Day. Today the blog is about The best Holiday I`ve ver had (as you could see on the title), or at least the best I can remember.

I`m gonna talk about a magical vacation I experienced in the summer of 2017. I went to Guanaqueros invited by my uncle Marco Antonio with his family (his wife, my aunt Mariel, and my two cousins Nicolás and Matías); my twin brother Diego was invited too. We stay there for a little bit more than two weeks.

Socos Beach

I knew various cities, locations and beaches, like the beach of Guanaqueros, Socos in Tongoy, la Herradura in Coquimbo and the beach of Totoralillo, for mention just a few of them (We traveled almost everyday, but we always slept in Guanaqueros, in a house that my uncle was leasing). With my cousin Matías we made gymnastics all the time (which I love it). I still remember when I took the risk and did a backflip on the sand (I`ve never done it before in a place other than the gym or on mats, I was very scared) and most people approach us to learn, to see, or to share with us some somersaults, I really enjoyed...

Food of the gods

In Totoralillo the beach was amazing, even when there were lot of people (something that I hate, I prefer empty beaches) I was having fun as if there was no tomorrow: the sun, the sand, and mainly the water, the waves were incredible! With Matías we got into the sea very far, the waves were too high that they rised you up very tall and I could see the people on the beach very small. Oh Goddess that was so adrenaline! I felt elated... And to finish that incredible day, we ate a kind of dessert with fruit and ice cream that I don`t know how to describe, so I`ll share with you a pick that I found on the Internet.
